Your Role:
As our Head of Service, you'll be a key leader in our organisation, working closely with the Deputy CEO to drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of support for survivors and their children. From leading strategic planning to managing service delivery, you'll be at the forefront of their mission, making a real difference every day.

Requirements:
Significant management and leadership experience in the charity sector, particularly in working with women affected by domestic violence and abuse.
Proven track record of managing complex cases and crisis situations.
Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Full driving license and access to a car for work use may be required.
Enhanced DBS
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. On call duties may be required on a rota basis. Some travel will be expected.
Role is subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
