This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business within an exciting industry, as part of support for an expanding finance team.
The candidate's responsibilities will include:
* Managing the Credit Control mailbox and responding / resolving customer queries
* Managing the overdue letters and statements process.
* Assisting with the direct debit process
* All round administrative support to the finance team - being responsive to team members with efficiency & enthusiasm
* Creating manual payments for ad hoc bank transfers
* Raising sale invoices, post receipts & reconciliations.
* Requesting correct internal data and input of information into the Accounts software
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Proven ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines, using initiative as well as working as part of a team when needed
* Able to manage conflicting priorities
* Microsoft office proficiency
* High attention to detail
