We are seeking experienced recruiters to join our growing team here at Pegasus.
The business is focused in 5 key verticals;
Real Estate
Infrastructure
Defence
Power
Renewables / Net Zero
We are focused in the UK, but also Internationally having experienced significant growth in North America.
We are seeking experienced recruiters across any of our verticals with a focus either in the UK or any International region.
Whilst we are Leeds-based, we are open to looking at remote candidates (ideally ones already used to this setup that can demonstrate they have made this work)
Equally, whilst we'd love people with our sector experience, we're also happy to look at good recruiters working in high-demand niche markets who are ready for a change.
Real Opportunity for Growth
Whilst the business currently generates around 25% from International placements, our aspiration is to grow this to 50% whilst also increasing annual turnover by at least 30% per year.
To do this, we need people who are ambitious to spread their wings with frequent travel for those focused on our International regions (and even the possibility of opening new International offices for us), but also those keen to step up in management.
What we would be looking for from you;
Passion and detailed knowledge of your sector
Proven perm biller; £200k plus per annum
Used to an outbound pro-active approach
Worked in a candidate short market
Experienced in the use of Linkedin and other sourcing tools
Not afraid of the phone!
