Position: Senior Site Manager
Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom
Responsibilities: As a Senior Site Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our High Rise Residential Scheme. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
Leading and motivating on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects and engineers, to ensure project objectives are met.
Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety standards and quality control measures.
Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Resolving challenges and issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-rise residential projects on time and within budget.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
