We are currently looking for a First Line Support Technician
To be the support and process specialist for business application solutions at MM Flowers.
Handle support issues raised by users regarding ERP, Reporting Tools and other business applications.
Support the wider digital business (DotCom).
Support local IT technical issues in line with other members of the Support Team
Provide regular updates to the business leadership team.
End user training.
What you can already do
Understanding of ERP in FMCG / horticultural environment.
Supporting users in a fast moving environment
Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
Self Confidence, quick starter and initiative to work with minimum supervision.
A well organised, detailed, and structured method of working.
Good understanding of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Project, and SharePoint
Ability to work in a team, handing multiple challenges and some complex requirements.
Aware of, and a keenness to keep current on the latest, new emerging technologies and the ability to learn quickly.
