The Role
Evolution Fitness Studio is a premium small group personal training and group exercise studio in the heart of SW14. The role is for a full or part-time coach and you will be expected to lead and deliver small group personal training sessions, group exercise classes (including strength and conditioning classes) and be an all-round excellent coach and human. As a small independent business, depending on your experience, there is scope to develop your role quickly and assume additional responsibilities off of the gym floor to help you grow your career and salary.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead small group PT sessions for up to 6 clients of all abilities, so excellent technical coaching skills are required. You will also lead group exercise for up to 20 people including a mixture of strength, conditioning and team-based conditioning classes, so you must have excellent communication, confidence and personality along with expert technical knowledge. Being an excellent coach is a non-negotiable. Aside from coaching, you will also be expected to conduct consultations with new clients, deliver new client onboarding assessments in accordance with company procedures, perform client check-ins, assist in gym maintenance, and be an ambassador for Evolution.

You must be super keen and enthusiastic and have a great personality. This is a permanent position with an excellent salary and benefits package with a great opportunity to progress within the company. A pre-requisite is being an epic coach and well qualified, an added bonus is nutrition and Olympic lifting coaching experience. Ideally you will have worked in a small group personal training and/or a professional gym environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to cement a long-term position to further their career, get stability, work in team and upskill in a fast moving, fun and agile independently owned gym.
You must be pretty local to South West London as it will involve some early starts and be available at weekends.

Evolution Fitness Studio is an independently owned premium training facility, offering small group personal training, large group exercise and indoor cycle classes. It is based in East Sheen, SW14, a 2-minute walk from Mortlake train station, with ambitions to grow into multiple studios in SW London. It is fitness with heart and soul, providing excellent science-based training with personality to everyday people. We like people who take fitness and health seriously but not themselves.
