Qualifications and Requirements for the Registered Manager: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential care setting is essential.

Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in children's residential care.

Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive engagement with staff, children, families, and external stakeholders.

A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.

Relevant professional qualifications (such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.

Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
