Office Administrator key duties include:
General correspondence, record keeping, and uploading of documentation to systems.
Inventory control & processing purchase orders
Efficient management of office supplies
Maintaining and updating company database.
Handling and organization of mail and packages, ensuring they are logged an assigned to correct department.
Assisting management with on going projects
Office Administrator experience required:
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent organization skills
Is an effective communicator.
Works well under pressure.
Confident with IT systems including excel
