Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential candidates for SEN roles within the education sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Conduct interviews and assessments to understand the unique needs of candidates and match them with suitable positions.
Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Stay updated on changes and developments within the education and SEN sectors.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working in the education sector, particularly with special educational needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Resilience and determination to achieve targets.
Previous experience in recruitment or education is a plus but not mandatory.
