Reed Education/ The Lancashire Teaching Agency are currently looking for an EYFS Teacher for September 2024 . The successful candidate will join a fantastic school in Rochdale , where they will have the opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and dynamic early years environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for EYFS pupils.
Plan and prepare lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Assess and monitor the development and progress of children, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
Work closely with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong background in EYFS .
Proven experience as an EYFS Teacher, with a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest educational practices.
