Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead a comprehensive rebranding initiative for AquaForce Trading and select portfolio brands. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion into the UK market and other new territories.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of a strategic rebranding plan for AquaForce Trading and designated brands, aligning with the company's vision and values.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the UK market and other target regions, informing marketing strategies and product positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
Oversee the creation of brand assets, including logos, packaging, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth, and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within established deadlines and financial parameters.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and market expansion, preferably within the bathroom industry or related interior products sector.
