Job Description ERP Payroll Manager
Fully Remote
£450 - £550 - Outside IR35
6 month contract
Looking to speak with experienced ERP Payroll Managers to oversee all aspects of payroll processing within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, particularly Workday, and extensive experience managing payroll operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure the integration of payroll processes with other ERP systems.
Configure and maintain the financial module of Workday to support payroll operations, including tax configurations, earnings and reporting requirements.
Monitor payroll transactions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to discrepancies or errors.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to payroll processing and ERP systems.
Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Prepare and review payroll-related reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for management and regulatory purposes.
