Responsibilities:
Uphold and champion the company’s safety policies, ensuring safe working practices are consistently followed.
Manage and refine emergency response plans, including conducting regular drills to assess their effectiveness.
Design and implement health and safety training to elevate awareness and competence among employees.

Skills & Qualifications:
Health and Safety qualification (diploma level or higher).
Demonstrable experience in promoting a positive Health and Safety culture in a professional setting.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively across various departments.
Decisive and able to identify and implement improvements within the business.
Team-oriented with a personable and approachable demeanor.
Logical and practical problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and web applications.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
