Interim Domiciliary Care Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Domiciliary Manager to oversee their domiciliary care services in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care provision, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to their service users.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff to deliver person-centered care and support services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently to deliver high-quality care services.
Recruit, train, and develop staff, providing guidance and support as needed to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and best practice in domiciliary care provision.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the domiciliary care sector.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure resources are used efficiently.
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care services.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
