Objectives of this Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to drive sales, acquire new partnerships and support our sales team, ensuring effective management of sales strategies, client relationships, and revenue generation. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and achieving sales targets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets
Acquire and build new commercial partnerships
Identifying new business opportunities and markets
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Analyzing sales data and trends to inform decision-making
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
Monitoring market trends
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Previous experience in Retail
Salary: £45k - £50k gross/year
