We have several food outlets on our site and working between these outlets will be required throughout a typical week.
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a great experience to our customers across our growing site. You will also need to be energetic, focused and able to cope in a very busy and thriving environment through our season.
The role is currently being offered on a high end part time basis with a minimum of 20 hours per week but for the right candidate there will be up to 40 hours per week during busy periods.

We also have on site accommodation available at our beautiful location.
Main Objective of the Role
To prepare, cook and present great looking food and ensure our guests leave happy, satisfied and full! Whilst also making sure we hit those all important food and hygiene standards.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the F+B Manager
To maintain the highest standards of food preparation in the café kitchen
Complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks, on every shift
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Carry out instructions given by the management team
Manage wastage effectively
Skills, qualities, and experience required:
1 year high volume catering experience as a minimum
Experience in working alone and performing back and front of house duties due to seasonality of the business
Level 2 health and hygiene
Ensure kitchen is kept clean and tidy and food safety standards are met
Ability to work positively both as a member of a team and independently, with general direction
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work weekends
