The role:
Deliver practical services of outstanding quality that are focused on the client's needs.
To provide reception/switchboard duties
To ensure the kitchen is clean and presentable, stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, water and orange juice.
To check twice daily that all meeting rooms are prepared and ready for clients.
To assist with any admin duties when needed.
Skills/Experience:
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Clear speaking voice
Previous receptionist experience
