Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an established, Independent Estate Agents on the Exeter outskirts. Our client is well known for their reputation for quality customer service and have earned a great name in the local area. They are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and driven office sales negotiator to join their team. Salary in the region of £26,000 basic and up to £30-32,000 on target earnings.
The main duties will be:
Following up viewings on properties
Managing sales from exchange to completion on properties (sales progression)
Updating vendors on progress of properties
Following up all sales leads in Exeter
Dealing with hot applicants
Following up past appraisals
Dealing with rightmove leads
Helping to man the office
Generating incremental revenue from mortgage, solicitor and surveyor referrals
Undertaking some valuations / appraisals on properties
Working with colleagues and viewings negotiator to undertake and manage Viewings
Other ad hoc sales activities to support growth of office
The ideal candidate will have:
Some experience in an Estate Agency or property.
Full UK Driving License & car (although the role will be mainly officed based to begin with)

Salary in the region of £26,000 basic and £30-32,000 on target earnings, Monday to Friday 5.30pm finish and approximately one in six Saturdays
