BTR Account Manager
£35k Base - £80k OTE
Full time office based - Waterloo
1 day WFH after Probation.

Full management of client accounts from onboarding, team activation, analytics, and client engagement
Effectively promotes the client's brand and the brand of each client's development site to potential tenants and other stakeholders
Resolves any conflicts that may arise with clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other partners
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide expert advice and recommendations on all aspects of the built-to-rent industry
Produce high-quality reports that provide insightful analysis and recommendations
Conduct analysis on market trends, data, and client requirements to determine the most accurate and fair pricing for each asset
Deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate the company's products and services
Project Management of the full lifecycle of tenancies being fully accountable for all stages
Optimise the sales funnel for each account, effectively manages the internal team assigned
Full ownership site performance and delivery
Design and implement key account strategies
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each client's development site
Provide regular updates to the senior management team regarding the performance of the portfolio, including occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and any maintenance or repair issues that may arise
