You will need:
QTS or QTLS with a subject(s) specialism(s)
The right to work in the UK
Ideally a DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
A solid background in teaching
To be able to plan, prepare and deliver exciting and innovating lessons
To have strong classroom management, and able to manage any challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner
To be able to commit to a minimum of one full term or longer
To enjoy meeting new people and getting to know others on the Island.
