You will be the lead for the on-site IT Support function, acting as the first port of call for internal IT-related queries, either to be resolved by you or the 3rd party support provider, setting up new users, overseeing the mobile phone contracts/upgrades and looking after company reports and KPI’s. Software updates, server/cloud migration and set-up of new hardware
Liaising with the 3rd party IT provider
Key business reports and IT tasks
IT purchasing, including hardware and contracts
Inhouse IT support - communicating problems clearly, understanding instructions and advice given by the 3rd party support provider, and being able to clearly translate this back to the non-techies with the business!
Mobile phone contracts and upgrades
Data extraction and analysis, using Excel
ABOUT YOU
ERP and CRM experience (SAP experience is highly desirable)
MS Office - especially Excel - formulas as a minimum
Tech savvy - this is essential
Strong communication skills are key
Keen to continuously learn and develop your skills
