Job Purpose:
As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll oversee Infrastructure Operation & Support, focusing on IT project delivery and support providing desktop and mobile support when required. Your expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud tech will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert in the Microsoft 365
Cloud IT Infrastructure Azure experience
Technical expertise in supporting Windows OS
Strong understanding of server and desktop systems
Enthusiastic, flexible work approach.
Solutions-driven with excellent customer-facing skills
Infrastructure support, on-premise and cloud.
Advanced knowledge of core infrastructure technologies.
Microsoft server technologies experience
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills:
Microsoft 365
Networking protocols, and TCP/IP fundamentals
Windows Server, Windows 11
Active Directory
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Experience in administering Microsoft Azure.
Automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
