We are looking for an Accounts administrator to work for a productive and busy company based in Cradley Heath. The company have been established for over 50 years and are a very successful business.The main duties will be: Handling supplier invoices on a daily basis, ensuring matching to purchase orders and delivery notes.

Entering purchase orders and receiving orders on to the system.

Distribution of supplier invoices for authorisation to various departments.

Processing supplier invoices via Lakeview (LM4) software.

Ensuring all supplier invoices are filed accurately and timely.

Reconciliation of supplier statements.

Other ad hoc tasks and support to other accounts office activities.

The successful candidate will have the following skills: Good time keeping and time management.

Highly organised.

Proficient in word excel and outlook.
