Reporting into the IT Lead, the IT Support Analyst will deal with tickets of varying nature from 1st to 2nd line, deskside support to users internally with the odd off-site visit.The IT Support Analyst should be security minded and have a general appreciation for PCI, ISO or GDPR policies. This is a hugely creative environment which means you will be supporting users on both MAC OSx and Windows OS.
