HR Officer

The team consists of 3 staff - The head of HR, the HR Officer, and HR Administrator.

Recruitment - using the new applicant tracker system, placing adverts, shortlisting, setting up interviews etc. - working alongside HR Administrator who will take on some of these tasks.

Offer letters and contracts

Keeping the HR system up to date - it’s a fairly new system (iTrent). We need someone who is au fait with databases, preferably with HR systems.

Occupational Health referrals

Pre-employment checks where needed (the HR admin will do some of this, as well as some of the recruitment admin)

Contract changes etc. (again, HR admin does a lot of this)

Assisting Head of HR with employee relations cases

Assisting Head of HR keeping SCR up to date
