Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities, both inside and outside the classroom.

Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies to support student progress and well-being.

Collaborating closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to adapt and differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of individual students.
