CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: London SW6
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 p.a.
Mondays work from home 09:00 - 5:30
Tuesday - Thursday we work from our offices 9:00 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch
Half day on Fridays (1:00 - 5:30) and a half day on a weekend (work from home)
Our client is a highly successful, well-established organisation within over 10 year’s expertise within the luxury competition market, with a £10m revenue turnover. They are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team.
Duties include: -
Answering incoming calls and emails.
Responding customer queries within 24-48 hours.
Recording customer complaints, ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely manner.
Voiding tickets where necessary.
Dealing with customer refunds and manual payments.
Updating customer details on the company’s database.
Assisting customers on how to play.
Resetting customer passwords.
Uploading game credit.
Login to the online chat.
Experience required:
Online customer services experience
Excellent telephone manner.
Able to work on own initiative.
