Responsibilities:
Experienced with Purchase Ledger duties such as setting up new supplier accounts, processing invoices and expenses, supplier reconciliations, and resolving queries
Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports accurately
Daily bank and credit card reconciliations
Preparation of quarterly VAT return
Ensure efficient credit control of client accounts
Processing direct debit and preparing and sending BACS payments to clients
Importing of month-end invoices onto Sage
Auditing the accounts and credit control of client accounts
Support the accounts team with any further duties as required
Skills and experience required:
Partly qualified or qualified by experience
Strong Excel skills
Methodical approach to work
Excellent organisational skills
