Pay rate: £12.53 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer pre-employment and onboarding checks for new hires
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Liaise with various stakeholders to gather required information
Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve recruitment targets
Utilise strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and colleagues
Demonstrate excellent IT skills to manage and coordinate information streams
Prioritise workload effectively and manage time efficiently
Requirements:
Possess a Basic DBS Certificate.
Previous experience in an onboarding or administrative role is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and achieve team targets
Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple information streams
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
