Responsibilities
Responsible for cultivating, influencing, and securing sales with SME customers directly through a combination of self-generated leads, warmed-up data, and opportunities
Activity goals are achieved that are required to drive overall sales performance
Respond to incoming telephone calls, identifying and then meeting customer requirements by providing a polite, professional, and accurate response in line with agreed service standards.
Update and increase knowledge of the company’s procedures and products
Experience
least 2 years of experience in B2B sales to direct customers
record in meeting sales targets
record in meeting targets inside company guidelines / compliance procedures
using sales force is ideal but not essential
