You must have solid experience within Property & Casualty / Commercial Combined insurance, together with the ability to converse effectively with, and gain credibility from sophisticated insurance buyers. Crucially, you’ll be well-organised and consultative, with the ability to adapt your style to a wide range of clientele. As you’ll be working for a world-leading broking house, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce other ancillary services and specialists to your clients (such as Employee Benefits and Risk Management etc), which can result in healthy additional personal bonus. We must emphasise that there is not a huge amount of traveling required with this role as clients typically have 2 or 3 meetings a year. However, you must be happy to attend a meeting at the company’s head office in Reading, once a fortnight, on average. You’ll be rewarded with an attractive basic salary (negotiable, depending on experience), together with one of the most impressive company benefits packages in the market, which includes substantial employer pension contributions.
