Customer Service Operator – London

Savino Del Bene is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR for its logistics warehouse in London.

Role Objectives:

The role will be responsible for performing logistics customer service activities for external clients and internal colleagues.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To maintain daily contact with assigned customers via email and telephone.

• To relay customer requests to the warehouse and monitor their progress.

• To manage and control incoming goods, verifying quantities using internal management systems.

• To ship orders via courier (with the creation of AWB through their website) or other carriers.

• To verify documentation provided by customers to process orders and archive it.

• To maintain contact with various Savino Del Bene departments (import-export-sales-customs, etc.) to respond to customer requests and needs.

• To perform billing activities.

• To enter data, update files, and prepare reports to monitor the progress of work for managed clients.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience (1-3 years) in customer service activities, preferably gained in the logistics sector.

• Fluent knowledge of the English language. Any other languages would be a plus.

• Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• Organizational and analytical skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and proactivity.

• Strong predisposition to work in a team
