Job Purpose Supporting a diverse client portfolio, working closely with the Tax Manager.
Preparation and delivery of tax advice.
Supporting business development strategies, attending prospective meetings and quoting for services.
Managing your own portfolio of personal tax compliance clients.
Overseeing junior team members, including workflow management, quality control, and providing training.
Building trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving.
Monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are met.
Keeping up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team.

The Successful Applicant ATT and/or CTA qualified with a minimum of four years’ tax experience within UK practice
Qualified by a minimum of eight years’ tax experience within UK practice would also be considered.
Technically efficient across taxation
Supervisory experience with good people management skills
Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress
A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
Commercial business acumen
