This role will ultimately be the face of our brand on-site and across our growing portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our events and experience manager assisting in enhancing our members events, experience, and community satisfaction.

The role will keep you on your toes, whilst you gain a variety of experiences! This newly created position is perfect for anyone looking to step into the community and events sector.

The role covers 3 key areas:

Community Creation – Working closely with our Experience & Events Manager, you will assist in building thriving communities, creating content on our member app, & being the role model for our members to follow.

Event Management - Working closely with our Experience & Events Manager, you will host events and experience creation running property level and off-site events for our portfolio and gaining valuable event management experience assisting our Events and Experience Manager for larger portfolio events.

Business Administration – You will carry out a variety of administration and reporting tasks. Helping the day to day running of the department across our portfolio and assisting in exceeding the department KPI’s and goals.

Community Management

New Member Inductions

In-person & virtually introducing the Gravity lifestyle, the property & the processes, familiarising them to our events, partnerships & fellow Members.

Carry out various touch points throughout a members stay, following up with new & old Members to ensure they have settled & offer support where required.

Member Engagement

Actively engage with our members, being the face of the brand. Build friendly relationships and be the pillar of the community by illustrating our core values & strive to achieve our company vision.

Ensuring our members are engaging with our brand, with our vision & are active ambassadors of the Gravity Lifestyle.

Partnership Out-Reach

Reach out to local businesses that have similar brand values, aiming to create mutual benefiting partnerships for our member base.

Follow up with partners to ensure a positive ongoing relationship.

Event Management

In-House Events

Arrange, promote & host in-house events. Events created in line with our community pillars – wellbeing, social engagement, professional growth.

Follow up on event feedback, ensuring Members felt engaged & satisfied with the event calendar.

Hybrid and Portfolio Events

Arrange, promote & host hybrid events off-site for our portfolio. Events created in line with our community pillars – wellbeing, social engagement, professional growth.

Assist in the logistics, set up and running of our larger portfolio events.

Follow up on event feedback, ensuring Members felt engaged & satisfied with the event calendar.

Business Administration

Report Creation

Help create a variety of reports for the Experience & Events department including event attendance, community feedback and follow up.

Member Communication

Send out Property and Community newsletter updates across the portfolio via email & the Gravity’s mobile App.

Follow up on Member feedback, leading the data gathering & reporting for internal review & process improvements.

Member Satisfaction

Assist in our members satisfaction improvement plan, increasing our company image, NPS and reviews.

Actively reach out to members to identify and overcome negative and passive feedback and utilise positive feedback for public reviews.

Requirements

Minimum 2-year experience either within hospitality and events sector or similar

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Start-Up mentality

Team player but happy to work independently.

Customer first approach

Flexible with working hours

Fast learner, adaptable & ambitious to grow!
