Senior/Staff Analogue Engineer Board level

My client is looking for a Senior/Staff Analog Engineer to join their team in Scotland between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Key responsibilities for the Senior/Staff Analog Engineer:
Lead the design and development process, including concept definition, requirementsanalysis, detailed design, board bring-up, and manufacturing support.
Create high quality deliverables for their customers, including schematics, layout guidelines,design documents, verification test documents, and EMC test plans.
Drive continuous improvement efforts within your area of expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Possess 10 or more years of industrial experience.
Demonstrate a strong track record in designing complex and high-performance electricalhardware for demanding applications in space, aerospace, defence, and medical devices.Examples include robust power supplies, nimble control systems, precision sensing andinstrumentation.
Proficient in schematic capture using CAD tools like Cadence, Altium, or Mentor.
Knowledgeable about PCB layout requirements.
Familiar with industry-specific standards and regulations such as MILSTD, ECSS, or ISO13485.
Experienced in reliability analysis, qualification testing, debugging, and testing of newdesigns.
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
