Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator: Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices, credit notes, supplier queries and statement reconciliations.

Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details meticulously.

Conduct daily bank reconciliations, post bank transactions, and set up BACS payments.

Process monthly staff expenses and client refunds via PayPal, BACS, and Stripe.

Ensure timely processing of Proforma receipts and updating of back-office systems.

Raise cash sale invoices monthly.

Maintain accuracy and timeliness in processing all transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations.

Assist with month-end processes and undertake ad hoc finance tasks as required by the business needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications of the Finance Administrator: Previous experience in a finance environment preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organised with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to be proactive and reactive.

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong commitment to learning and excellence.

Core Competencies: Agile and decisive, able to adapt quickly within a fast-paced industry.

Trustworthy with a strong appreciation for confidentiality.

Thrives in a team environment and enjoys the challenge of a versatile role.
