Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
Salary: £40k - £45k
Probationary Period 6 months
Salaries are then reviewed on an annual basis

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
Attend client meetings
Liaise with other members of the team to ensure cohesion on projects
To provide a full quantity surveying/commercial function and to contribute to the delivery of the annual budget.
Subcontract document review, negotiation and agreement of formal contract documents.
Continual commercial support and advice to contract management / work winning teams.
Primarily based in the Cardiff office, however there is potential options for working from home after probation
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
2 plus years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Good experience of civil engineering, steel or construction
Professional individual, motivated to develop business relationships
Estimating Experienced is preferred but not essential
Happy with nationwide travel
