Working alongside our workplace experience team, you will actively seek out opportunities to enhance onsite service experiences and implement new initiatives aligned with contract KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
as part of the workplace team – deputising for the Workplace Lead, providing seamless and effective delivery of all customer-facing service lines to include; meeting room and visitor management, Reception Desk, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Email Management and Events
Workplace Lead in driving the workplace forward through supporting additional day to day operational duties with all key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient and swift response to all service requests food consumables (such as the snacking programme) and stock levels
deal with all client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
a brand ambassador for ISS, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met of all queries and helpdesk tickets from the customer, ensuring all actions are tracked, distributed and closed off within a timely manor
