This growing and ambitious company are a multi-disciplinary company that specialise of design, fabrication, instillation and maintenance services to a number of clients and a range of sectors, but mainly work within the Commercial sector. Within this role you will be responsible for compiling bids for Mechanical projects. As well as understanding specification drawings and documents and producing full take offs. Also, you will be calculating a variety of costs of different aspects of the projects including labor, materials, transport and equipment hire amongst other costs. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be expected to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, proposals and breakdowns.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector who is highly motivated and looking to hit the ground running. The Ideal candidate will also have a full UK drivers license to travel to their occasionally nationwide.

Working on Building Services projects

Commutable distance to their office in Bristol
Good Communicator, team player and motivated
Full UK drivers license
