We are working with a leading UK retailer who are looking to expand their insights team with new talent. Using both quantitative and qualitative data to help inform strategy and play a key part in improving customer experience. You’ll be a core part of the team and will be involve presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
THE ROLE:
The Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Deliver insights senior stakeholders
Work across both quant and qual research projects
Using research and insight to help inform overall business and brand strategy
Collaborate with the wider teams in the business to support with business insights
Support with ad-hoc projects
Mentor junior members of the team
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including agencies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Insight Manager will have:
Knowledgeable with quant and qual methodologies
Great communication skills
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Being able to tell a story using data
Experience managing projects from end to end
