Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Provide differentiated support to address the unique challenges of SEMH students.
Foster a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress and well-being.
Maintain accurate records and assessments to track student achievement and inform instructional practices.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour within a primary setting.
Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach to supporting students' social and emotional needs.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaboration and professional development.
