Are you a passionate and experienced leader with a background in children's residential care? We're looking for a dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two 2-bed properties in the beautiful Wirral area.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full managerial responsibility for the day-to-day operations of two children's homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.
Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support as needed.
Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and external agencies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including Ofsted requirements.

Requirements:
