Your Role: As a Full-Time 1:1 Support Assistant, your primary mission will be to work closely with students who may face challenges in managing their behaviour. You will play a pivotal role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting their active participation in daily school life. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour.

Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and confidence.

Implementing individualised strategies and interventions to address specific needs.
