Accounts Assistant (Part Time 3 Days in Office)

My client - a world renowned IT business based near HOLBORN STATION is seeking a PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join them whilst they experience unprecedented growth!
PLEASE NOTE - This role is based in the office for 3 days a week / This is a temporary role
Responsibilities
Reviewing and posting of invoice
Preparing analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts
Preparing and entering sales invoices
Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries
Chasing late payments from clients
Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
Reconciling accounts payable transactions
Reconciling accounts receivable transactions
Perform the daily bank reconciliation
Preparing weekly aged creditor and debtor reports
Managing the Finance mailbox for the team
Processing employee expenses
Supporting the annual audits for all entities
Ad-hoc accounting and administration tasks as required
Experience and Skills required
Positive, "can do" attitude with the desire to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
A sense of pride in maintaining a clean and accurate set of financial records.
Confidence to interact with all staff across the finance team and the wider business.
Flair for evaluating problems and proposing solutions independently.
Possess a natural curiosity and ability to quickly pick-up new tasks whilst working autonomously.
Good communicator, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Well organised, with the ability to keep to strict deadlines in a face paced and high growth environment
