We are looking for a female staff team to support a service user with complex needs and learning disabilities to live as independently as they can in the community, in Scunthorpe. The service user has a very active social life and therefore will need support from staff to and from their activities. Driving is not essential.
You will provide person-centred support to enable our service user to live a fulfilling life within their local community close to Ashby and achieve positive outcomes.
