As a Cruise Aftersales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' post-booking experience is seamless and memorable. From handling inquiries and resolving issues to coordinating with various departments, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities as a Cruise Aftersales Executive:
Handle pre & post-booking inquiries and requests from customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding itinerary changes, cabin upgrades, and other aftersales services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
Liaise with cruise line partners and other suppliers to coordinate special requests and accommodations for customers.
Process cancellations, refunds, and other aftersales transactions accurately and efficiently.
