1to1 Group have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales administrator, looking to get into a rewarding role with progression. As Sales and E-Commerce Executive, you will be required to work closely with the sales team to provide them with support on daily tasks.
This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and is fully office based.
Day to day responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to support them on daily administration tasks
All admin associated with stock control and management
Reporting on weekly sales figures
Respond to customer enquiries
Collate new supplier information
Keep retailer prices accurately recorded
Maintain sales records and customer data
Assist with management of website and sales orders
Ensure forecast data is accurately collected and reported
Required skills, experience and attributes:
Experience within an Ecommerce role would be beneficial
Similar experience within a sales admin role is essential
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Analytical and Data Management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Can do attitude, ownership of tasks start to finish, outside the box thinking
