Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on the organisation's procurement processes
Mentoring and supporting junior members of staff
Analysing expenditure records and creation of market plans
Managing high-value tenders and monitoring the category's procurement process
Managing supplier performance and KPIs
Overseeing contracts
What you'll need to succeed A successful candidate will have:
Experience within public sector procurement (essential)
MCIPS qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience in people management
Interpersonal and communication skills
Hands on procurement and tendering experience
