Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly profit and loss statements
Analyse data, including production variances, budget and forecast comparisons, gross profit, and overhead costs
Assist in month-end closure activities
Conduct monthly work-in-progress (WIP) analysis and reconciliation
Review in-transit orders
Ensure adherence to established finance processes
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises
Conduct bank, invoice, and ledger reconciliations
Assist in budget preparation
Generate management reports, both standard and ad hoc
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and budgeting metrics
Required Skills/Experience:
Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Background in a similar role or a recent graduate would be considered
Part qualified
Proficiency in SAGE 100
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Excel
