We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong B2B sales track record and a dynamic approach to closing sales. This role is at the heart of our growth strategy, focusing on sourcing new leads, building valuable client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners for our marketing services. With a primary focus on the UK market, the role also targets English-speaking regions such as the USA, Canada, Australia, and Dubai. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be instrumental in driving sales growth.
Day to Day of the role: Prospect for new leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other tools to build a robust pipeline.
Utilise Hubspot to maintain a database of prospects and engage with them through various channels to convert them into clients.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to C-suite level decision-makers across SMEs and large corporations.
Develop and execute a sales plan with a fast-paced test and grow approach, focusing on immediate results over prolonged strategy.
Collaborate with Account Management to support the onboarding of new clients.
Occasionally assist with tasks that support sales growth, such as booking speaking opportunities or providing limited marketing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrable B2B sales experience with a proven track record in the UK.
Strong knowledge of marketing, including digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
Ability to work UK hours, with a preference for candidates based close to Reading, UK.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficient presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint or similar tools.
Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, including Sales Navigator.
A positive, team-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to close sales.
